TEMPORADA VACACIONAL DECEMBRINA ES TODO UN ÉXITO EN SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE

San Miguel de Allende, Gto. 8 de enero de 2025. Reafirma San Miguel de Allende su posición como el «Mejor Destino Turístico del Año» en México y la mejor ciudad para visitar a nivel mundial, tras una exitosa temporada vacacional decembrina.
Este período vacacional se prolongó hasta el domingo 5 de enero, primeramente porque en San Miguel de Allende se ha ampliado la oferta de atractivos turísticos; también muchos visitantes por el tiempo de las vacaciones optaron por quedarse hasta ese fin de semana y de igual manera la llegada de nuevos visitantes.
Durante esta temporada se generó una derrama económica superior a 1,500 millones de pesos (1,502,714,980 pesos); por su parte los sectores de restaurantes y hoteles reportaron incrementos significativos en consumo y ocupación hotelera, alcanzando un 100% de ocupación, con la noche de «Fin de Año» como el punto más alto.
Entre el 24 de diciembre de 2024 y el 5 de enero de 2025, más de 403,956 personas vivieron una experiencia inolvidable al disfrutar de las tradiciones, el legado artesanal, espectáculos de luces, gastronomía, música, y la cálida hospitalidad que caracteriza a este destino colonial.
En el Jardín Principal, más de 18,500 personas dieron la bienvenida al 2025 en un evento espectacular organizado por la Dirección de Turismo y Desarrollo Económico del Gobierno Municipal.
Este logro es fruto de la colaboración entre gremios, prestadores de servicios y la comunidad sanmiguelense, alineados con la visión de fortalecimiento turístico impulsada por el presidente municipal, Mauricio Trejo.
Con este éxito, San Miguel de Allende refuerza su lugar como uno de los destinos más destacados a nivel global y como embajador de Guanajuato ante México y el mundo; demostrando que, en esta Ciudad Patrimonio, las cosas se hacen bien.
